ATK ChangeLog

Hi,

I'm missing entries to the ChangeLog in the ATK module. A lot of 
files were changed, but it does look as if the ChangeLog is not
used at all. I always found the ChangeLog entries in glib and gtk+
very convenient to be able to catch up with changes without the 
need to consult CVS. Is there a special reason why the ATK crew 
decided not to use the ChangeLog?
