Each one of these issues is in bugzilla. Numbers 50942, 50939, and 50940
respectivly.
Owen taylor has applied modified versions of my patches for 1 and 2. The third
one
is a feature that many mac users know and love. If there are any problems with
the
patch that is in bugzilla on this issue, let me know what they are so I can fix
them.
