I believe that the now-frozen ATK API may allow this bug to be closed
(unless there is value in keeping this open until the ATK
implementations for all of GTK+ in libgail are complete)

This one is still live, there is an asymmetry between insert/delete
events if you collapse+expand a tree row, which means that n_old_rows -
n_deleted_rows != n_new_rows, but n_rows+n_added_rows == n_new_rows.
Seems broken because of the asymmetry.
