Ok.  Can you point me to the bugzilla number so I can bring win32 inline?

Generally, we take the approach of, when making a change to GDK of
just changing the X11 port and letting the other ports (linux-fb and win32
ports) catch up. Alex fixed the linux-fb port for this issue, but
nobody had yet fixed the win32 port.
