Since www.themes.org is also down, I'm sure the themes.org people
are aware of it and working on some solution.

I don't actually know who is in charge of gtk.themes.org, but I'm
sure if, when www.themes.org comes back, if gtk.themes.org isn't
back up, you should be able to find an email contact on www.themes.org.
