patch for clipboard selection w/ non gtk+ apps

Hi,

I have a patch for the bugzilla reference:
	http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55152

This is for clipboard selection in compound_text target, which is for
cut&paste of international text with non gtk+ applications such as motif
apps.

Does anybody give me a check-in approval for the patch? The patch is in an
attachment of the bug.
