GtkTreeView bug?

Sometimes when you click on a treeview node it fails with:

jukeboxclient (pid:24745): Gtk-ERROR **: file gtkrbtree.c: line 836
(_gtk_rbtree_node_find_offset): assertion failed: (node)
aborting...

has this been fixed in CVS since my last "CVS update"?
