Hi,

GtkHSV is not a widget we would include if it wasn't the color
selection implementation, and there have been some noises about
changing the color selection implementation (due to UI issues).  Ergo
suggest underscore-prefixing all methods on this widget, and not
installing the header, since it is just an implementation detail not
something that makes sense in the GTK API.
