window size/location

Hi Tim,

What's the outstanding issue here:
 
* gtk/gtkwindow.[hc]: partially reverted patch from havoc,
	applied by owen.
	backed out gtk_window_get_location(), gtk_window_set_location(),
	gtk_window_get_size() and gtk_window_set_size(), these
	have to be sorted out wrg x/y/width/height/default_with/default_height
	properties.
