Minor patch to AM_GTK_WITH_NLS in GTK+ 1.2.7

AM_GTK_WITH_NLS doesn't work quite right on Solaris. Output to configure
looks like:

checking for dgettext in libintl... checking for dgettext in -lintl...

checking for msgfmt... /bin/msgfmt
