If it's the QPL, it is open source but not LGPL so anyone implementing
GTK framebuffer support has to remain clean-room with respect to
it. That is, don't look at the Qt stuff or you'll be "contaminated"
and can't work on the GTK stuff without risking a lawsuit. Much like
people implementing Java can't look at Sun's Java code.
