If it is the _get patch, it should be OK.

I do not think the Islamic date functions should go into Glib.  GDate
is fairly questionable by itself --- it is not bad at all, in fact we
use GDate in Evolution, but Glib should not be a dumpster for
replacements for everything that sucks in the C library.
