gdate debugging output?

A new date-test is ready to be checked in... but there is a slight
problem of output ugliness.  :)

Now that G_ENABLE_DEBUG is used, gdate.c always spits out some debug
output when a date parse function is called.

Should this output be wrapped in an #ifdef G_DATE_DEBUG or similar?
Otherwise the test output is ugly, as is any program which uses that
particular gdate function.
