This patch enhances the drawing abilities of GtkCList/CTree.
In general there are the following changes :

- add row and cell styles via gtk_clist_set_row/cell_style
  and gtk_ctree_node_set_row/cell_style
- automatic color allocation of row colors in gtk_clist/ctree_realize
- separate adjustable tree expander via gtk_ctree_set_expander_style
  with expander styles : GTK_CTREE_EXPANDER_NONE, GTK_CTREE_EXPANDER_SQUARE,
  GTK_CTREE_EXPANDER_TRIANGLE, GTK_CTREE_EXPANDER_CIRCULAR
- adjustable padding between tree expander and rest of cell via
  gtk_ctree_set_spacing
