You might be having trouble with the newly generated Bonobo.h including 
the already installed Bonobo.h??? Can you reconfigure so that the 
compilation doesn't search /usr/include/*bonobo*? How are you building 
this? Are you using GARNOME?

If changing the include stuff doesn't help this, can you post a tgz of 
the generated source to the orbitcpp list.
