[gnomemm] stubs and skels

I noticed that the library version numbers of libbonobomm-generated-stubs
and libbonobomm-generated-skels has not changed between releases.  Has the
interface really not changed?  Apologies if this is a stupid question, I
haven't really got a clue how this auto-generation works.
