after doing
cvs co -r cpp ORBit2
and then
./autogen.sh
make
I get the following compile error:

when compiling
/src/idl-compiler/cpp/main.cc

Apparently the type IDL_ns is not known, but I did not know the code
well enough to fix this myself.

Of course this error does not occurr when compiling HEAD.
