I would imagine Murray was being sarcastic.
It's generally considered bad manners to demand a quick answer on a public
mailing list. People read it when they have spare time and they don't get
paid for answering. 
They will answer if and when they can and marking something as urgent is
not going to change that. Unless of course you send a cheque :)
