Nothing, ILS is part of the address book. (Add Address Book, type ILS).

However, it is being slowly deprecated. ILS browsing was broken in 2.0.1
(except for ils.seconix.com), it will be fixed in 2.0.2. 

And we do not support registering to ILS anymore.

You are trying to register to a gatekeeper. That is something different
from ILS, and it won't work if you pass an ILS server as argument.
