[GnomeMeeting-list] pc-to-phone does not work in ekiga

i am testing Ekiga 1.99.1-20060216-01 and i purchased a diamonondcard
account by following the link on "pc to phone". diamondcard confirmed me
that my account should work now.
then i tried to phone to a landline-phone in my office.  but the
connection was finished because of a error.

what is going wrong? has anybody succes with pc-to-phone-calls?
