[GnomeMeeting-list] Desktop integration with portland

Hi,

just read a news-message on
[http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/71693] (German) about Portland.
This project is aimed to offer a standardized way to offer desktop
integration for Gnome, KDE, etc..., like address-book lookups,
application menu integration etc. The project is homed at Freedesktop
and there are thoughts to include it to LSB. Maybe this would be the
right way to go for Ekigas address book binding.
