Ok, what I have found:

You need to have scrollkeeper installed. And the help files are only 
accessible in khelpcenter via help:gnomemeeting URL, if you have one of the 
languages the documentation is provided in (for gm, this is C and fr) in your 
list of selected languages. So to everything working, do the following:

As root:
Install scrollkeeper
run "SuSEconfig --module scrollkeeper
As user:
Open the kde control center, choose "Regional Settings -> Country/Region and 
Language" and Select on the right side "Add language -> US English". Make 
sure you have no copy of khelpcenter running.

After this, you should have the gnomemeeting help available by all means.
