I'll try. The websiminar will take place on 16th
instant. I must register within 1 or 2 days. Because
the time is now drawing near. I have to check all my
equipment, both hardware and software, here whether
they are ready to go.

Whether you meant following document.

Do I need to install proxy server here? I'm now
running FedoraCore3 as a workstation.

1)
# yum search gnomemeeting
Searching Packages:
......
gnomemeeting.i386 1.0.2-8
         installed
Matched from:
gnomemeeting
GnomeMeeting is a tool to communicate with video and
audio over the
internet. It uses the H323 protocol and is compatible
with Microsoft
Netmeeting.

2)
# yum search proxy
curl.i386 7.12.3-3.fc3
         installed

squid.i386
7:2.5.STABLE9-1.FC3.6 installed
Matched from:
The Squid proxy caching server.

wget.i386 1.9.1-17
         installed
neon.i386 0.24.7-4
         installed

3)
# yum search 'proxy server'
wget.i386 1.9.1-17
         installed
neon.i386 0.24.7-4
         installed

What other packages I need to install addtionally in
order to communicate with MS-Livemeeting.

Please advice. TIA
