Hi,

it freezes even on one click.
btw, i am using version 1.2.1-1 and i am not using a firewall. 
i notice fr the webiste that the latest version for sarge is 1.2.2-0. i
hope version is not the problem. downloading fr the website would mean
installing 11 packages individually.

I think there was a bug where clicking that button twice made
gnomemeeting freeze. Click only once and be patient.

Notice you didn't tell us which version of gnomemeeting you installed...
