OK - I've looked at this problem and the solution is don't use pwlib
1.6.5 or 1.6.6, but use the Janus patch 4 release (which is pwlib
1.6.6.3).

Not only does this version contain many significant bug fixes, but it
removes the need to compile the ASN parser, which means the problem you
are having will go away.
