That bug was explained on the devel mailing list a while ago. It was an OpenH323 bug with the G.726 codec that happens as soon as that codec is used, ie when you are in Fast Start mode, or when you are not in Fast Start mode and that your soundcard is busy. That has been fixed in the new openh323 that will ship tomorrow with 1.0.1. A workaround is to disable G.726 in the list of codecs.
