I downloaded:
gnomemeeting-1.0.2.tar.bz2
openh323-v1_13_4-src.tar.bz2
pwlib-v1_6_5-src.tar.bz2
openldap-2.1.30.tar.bz2

and did the following to get it to compile:
## ptlib-config is in ../pwlib/make but it looks in ../pwlib/bin (which doesn't exist)
# mkdir ../pwlib/bin
# cp ../pwlib/make/ptlib-config ../pwlib/bin

It would have been nice to read the FAQ. You would have learned that
make install installs all this for you.

It may have installed it in a default place but gnomemeeting didn't find it.

## It's looking for include/openh323/h323.h
# mkdir ../openh323/include2
# mv ../openh323/include ../openh323/include2/openh323
# mv ../openh323/include2 ../openh323/include

# ./configure --with-pwlib-dir=/downloads2/gnomemeeting/pwlib --with-openh323-dir=/downloads2/gnomemeeting/openh323 --with-ldap-dir=/downloads2/gnomemeeting/openldap-2.1.30

Same here --with-pwlib-dir must actually indicate the prefix (by
default /usr), not the place where you untarred it.

I did a 'make install' but it only worked when I specified the directory where I untarred it.
