[GnomeMeeting-list] sound manager?

Hi 
i get this error when i try to start gnomemeeting

No usable audio manager detected

GnomeMeeting didn't find any usable sound manager. Make sure that your 
installation is correct.

but when i start from root there is nog problem
so it's somewhere a file with the wrong permisions
but witch? or am i wrong?
