It is quite clear you have made a mistake.
I said fix the line in Makefile.in

Now, when this line is used in the Make process, your log shows it is:

In other words, you mistyped it. I said, -Itelephony
your make line is -ltelephony
See the difference - I want a capital I
You used a lower case l
