 the code is fixed, and is in the cvs.

basically, Makefile.in file in the nixj directory should have the 
CFLAGS line set to ::::::::

#
#  set compile flags
#
CFLAGS = -D__KERNEL__ -DMODULE -Wall  -I. -Itelephony -I$(INCLUDE_DIR)
                                                                                              
SRCDIR       = telephony
PCMCIA_DIR   = telephony/pcmcia
                           

Change this, then do ./configure, then make
