This sounds very much like a misconfigured NAT box. Is either one or are
both peers behind a NAT? If so, please consult the FAQ on
www.gnomemeeting.org on how to forward the needed ports. If there're no
NATs or other translation mechanisms in between, try using the
MS-GSM-codec for Netmeeting that can be found in the downloads-section
of www.gnomemeeting.org.
