some calrification if may (I do understand more in video than audio):

I assume that the "audio.o" driver with my logitech camera I use is OSS
compatible. (this I also
can figure from audio.c under /drivers/usb in the linux kernel)
(this driver resides under
/lib/modules/linux-x.x.x/kernel/drivers/usb/audio.o)
Is there any alternatve for using this audio driver for this USB camera?

That's normal. There is no adequation between the mixer number and the
device number. You could have more dsp's than mixers.

No, the problem is that your microphone is too near of the speakers and
webcam microphones record much noise of the background, so there is the
echo. The best solution is to buy a headset (mine costs 10 Euros) and to
use it instead of the speakers => no more echo

Yes, only relevant to quicknet cards.
