I am now running OpenH323 1.11.6 with no improvement. In fact, it seems
to be worse.

I have a fairly high bandwidth connection to the MCU with the smallest
pipe being 4 Mbps in both directions and no congestion. The delay is
only about 12 ms. The Statistics graph looks fairly nominal, although the
video bandwidth is far less stable than audio. But I would expect
this. I see no lost or late packets.

Once again, any ideas on where to look?

Again, GnomeMeeting 0.96, OpenH323 1.11.10, pwlib 1.4.10, FreeBSD
4.8-Prerelease.
