Here are a few ones:
- Checking the strings in GnomeMeeting to make sure they comply to the
GNOME Human Interface Guidelines and to make sure that they are correct
in english
- See what parts of the GUI violate the HIG or need work
- Helping with documentation (manual + FAQ)
- Helping with the website (new design? new sections)
- Promoting GnomeMeeting
- ...

I'm sure I forgot things ;)

There are also easy things that even "basic" coders could do without too
many problems...
