Actually Netmeeting has echo cancellation, there should be no echo on
the Netmeeting side. Have you tried perhaps changing the volumes of the
Quicknet card with the sliders in the Audio Tab of the control panel?
Choose AGC in the Audio Devices for the Quicknet card could also be the
cause. Try to choose low.
