for the FULLY lazy ones it's still this easy:
echo "deb http://snapshots.seconix.com/debian release main"
>>/etc/apt/sources.list
apt-get update
apt-get install gnomemeting

the above is sid, same goes for woody, sarge as follows:
deb http://snapshots.seconix.com/debian release_sarge main
deb http://snapshots.seconix.com/debian release_woody main
