[GnomeMeeting-list] logitech quickcam express

Hi,
  I know the question I am going to ask is not
directly related to Gnomemeeting, please 
forgive me for that. 
    I am using a Logitech Quickcam Express 
webcam, in a SuSe 8.0 machine with kernel 
version 2.4.18-4GB. I am having problem 
compiling the driver that I obtained from 
sourceforge. Have anyone of you used this
webcam in linux (preferably SuSE ) 
and can give me any hints.
