Actually your --with-ptlib-libs-includes and --with-openh323-includes
are wrong. They should point to /usr/local/lib/pwlib/include/ptlib and
/usr/local/lib/openh323/include respectively in your case.
Notice that apparently you have old pwlib includes in
/usr/local/include/ptlib. You should remove all old headers before
trying to compile or the result will be an unstable GnomeMeeting.

If you copied them yourself recently, then you forgot to copy things,
and the --with-*-includes are still wrong.
