It is possible for us to add a spec for your webcam into pwlib to make
it work with another palette, but till now, I was unsuccessful.
I'll try again with a friend who has another CPIA cam.

Notice that you will see in the Documentation of your driver that CPIA
doesn't support YUV420P palette.
