[GnomeMeeting-list] OT: Linux 2.4 router

Sorry, if this is too off-topic here.

I'd like to use use gnomemeeting from a host inside the LAN  (192.168.1.x) 
through a router (192.168.1.1) running SuSE 7.3 with the 2.4.10 kernel. I 
know that for 2.2 series there is some ip_masq_h323-module.
But what's the way to do for 2.4?

Could you please help me?
