[GnomeMeeting-list] webcam 3

hi, (sorry by my english)
maybe this question is in the faq but i can`t see the site maybe is
busy?

I have a webcam3 , using redhat 7.2 , the kernel recognize it OK 
the settings are /dev/video0 canal 0, xawtv works OK but gnomemeeting
can`t shows the local video. It shows a mosaic picture, with a signal
like bars with a refresh of one or two seconds. 
Can anybody help me
