Try to upgrade autoconf/automake/autoheader to newer (latest) versions, if you 
haven't already...

Which disribution are you using ? or are pwlib/openh323 also compiled from 
sources ?
Which version of gnomemeeting are you trying to compile ? There're packs 
available for all major distros...
