[GnomeMeeting-list] Problem with video device

Hello guys,
when I try to start gnomemeeting it does works, but when i click the button 
preview (the button with the icon of eye) I read this error:

Error while opening video device, channel 0
A test image will be transmitted.
Error while opening device.

And I can't see my image.

Any suggestions?
