Nvidia Drives probably wont make a difference to your quality and speed.

I fixed my picture quality alot by installing new drivers for my webcam.
The ones that came with Mandrake 8.1 arent very good.
What type of camera are you using?
Which driver does it use?
The new version of gnomemeeting is supposed to have working bandwidth
throttling to hopefully send less network traffic.
My gnomemeeting is slow on anything but my local LAN.
Sending to a modem user is enough data to lag them off irc sessions :-)
