[GnomeMeeting-list]missing "liboh323.so.1" ???

i have gotten an older creative webcam model number 1100001424 produced by
Vision, and i have dr .10 installed of gnomemeeting i downloaded the .11-2 version and when i tried to install it it told me the dependencies of liboh323.so.1 were missing....... Now for my question(s), does anyone know if this creative webcam is compatable? what and where can i get the liboh323.so.1 to install for ver .11? And my last question of, what steps do i need to take to install the newer version of gnomemeeting since i have the older one already installed..... i will be using the RPM's...
