3 devices working with GM for me:

1) TV card LifeView FlyVideo98 (bttv drivers)

2) Philips cam Vesta pro USB (pwc.o module) - very good quality

3) Trust Spyc m 300XS (STV680 module) (Low-cost cam ==> low ...)
