Perhaps with OPAL. OPAL only starts the Media channels when the ACK is
received (which is correct following the RFC). If it takes a long time
before receiving it, and if the server already sends audio before that,
then some audio will be lost. I can come with a workaround for that, but
I need to discuss it with the maintainers.
