I think I finally got it right! :)

Send the INVITE without the "tag" in the "To:"-Header.

The server seems to complain about that.
Linphone doesn't send the tag, it works and
Warning: 399 sx3000 "ToTag present"
won't appear in linphone packet capture.

I think this is the Reason for the BAD REQUEST!!!!!
