That's the eds from scud (a.k.a. experimental).. Add deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ ../project/experimental main contrib to your sources.list and it should work ok. Maybe you need to specify evolution-data-server explicitly depending on your apt config. N.b. that apt will not auto-upgrade to scud unless you tell it to.
