Well, Snark did a full plugins system. Craig, openh323 developer,
started to port it to CVS, in an incompatible way but with the purpose
of having it working for codecs, and also windows, and finally
statically compiled libraries.

They strongly disagree on the way of doing things.

I think Craig has stopped the development of the plugins. Derek will
perhaps continue it. If not, I'll remove plugins support from
GnomeMeeting (a shame).
